This Privacy Policy describes how Imaginasium LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, operator of the Cascade service at startcascade.ai ("Cascade," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit our website, create an account, or communicate with us — including by SMS text message and through our AI-powered agents.

1. AI-Powered Service

Cascade is an AI-powered business operations platform. When you use the Service, you interact with artificial intelligence agents — not humans. These agents are powered by AI language models provided by third-party AI model providers. Communications from Cascade agents (including Rick, Cole, your General Manager, Secretary, Scout, and department agents) are AI-generated and are not authored by human staff.

We design our agents to be helpful and accurate, but AI-generated outputs may contain errors. You should independently verify any information provided by Cascade agents before relying on it for important business decisions.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — name, email address, and any business or organization details you provide when you sign up or request access.
• Contact information, including mobile phone numbers — provided when you opt in to receive SMS messages from us (through an inbound phone call, a consent checkbox on a web form, or by initiating a text conversation with a Cascade number).
• Message content and conversation logs — the contents of SMS, email, voice, and in-app messages you exchange with Cascade agents, including timestamps, delivery status, and conversation context maintained to provide continuity of service.
• Business information you provide — operational details, preferences, goals, and other information you share with Cascade agents in the course of using the service. This information is used to personalize the service to your business.
• Usage data — log files, device type, browser, IP address, pages visited, features used, and approximate location derived from IP, collected automatically when you use the site or app.
• Cookies and similar technologies — used for authentication, session management, preference storage, and basic analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

• Provide, operate, personalize, and maintain the Cascade service, including AI agent interactions.
• Send the SMS messages you have consented to receive (customer-care, account, and service-related communications).
• Respond to support requests and customer-care inquiries by SMS, email, voice, or in-app message.
• Process your conversations through AI language models to generate agent responses and business recommendations.
• Improve, troubleshoot, and secure the service, including detecting and preventing fraud and abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not use your personal information or message content to train AI models. Conversations with Cascade agents are processed by AI systems solely to provide the service to you, not to improve or train third-party models.

4. SMS Messaging

When you opt in to SMS, you consent to receive text messages from Cascade for the specific customer-care purposes disclosed at the point of opt-in (for example, account updates, agent communications, callback confirmations, and responses to inquiries you initiated).

Mobile information (including phone numbers and the fact of opt-in) is never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not share SMS opt-in data or message content with third parties except for the service providers strictly necessary to deliver the messages (e.g., our SMS carrier), and only to the extent required to operate the service.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the Service. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Cascade SMS. For help, reply HELP or email support@startcascade.ai.

5. How We Share Information

We share personal information only in these limited circumstances:

• Service providers — vendors we use to operate the service (cloud hosting, database, email delivery, SMS carrier, AI model providers, analytics, payment processing), bound by contract to handle data only on our instructions and consistent with this policy.
• Legal requirements — when required by law, subpoena, or other valid legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections. We will notify you before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share SMS opt-in data, phone numbers, or message content with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. SMS message logs and conversation histories are retained for operational and compliance purposes and are deleted on a rolling basis consistent with carrier requirements and our data-retention schedule. When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@startcascade.ai. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You can unsubscribe from SMS at any time by replying STOP and from marketing email via the unsubscribe link in any such message.

California Residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), you have additional rights including:

• Right to know: You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the business purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
• Right to delete: You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to correct: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of sale/sharing: We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA/CPRA rights.

No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access at support@startcascade.ai.

9. Children's Privacy

Cascade is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it promptly.

10. International Users

Cascade is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the service, by email, or by prominent notice on our website before taking effect.
